Queensland House Removers only sell good quality removal homes. Most of our homes available can be viewed at their original location, usually the greater Brisbane area. Our main office/storage yard is located at Caboolture, where a few of our purchased homes are stored. You can drop in and view these homes anytime.

We have public liability insurance on all jobs (provided by QBCC), a dedicated and hardworking crew, and and all the best machinery to deliver your house to its site safely and on time.

We prefer to move a house from its existing site straight to its new location. Shifting the house only once minimises damages and costs, which translates into savings that can get passed straight back to you.

Cost Considerations

When buying a removal home, your house’s listing price will not include all additional expenses. A few things that can affect the price are:

Distance
Our listing price includes the cost for moving a house in a 100km radius of its origin. Outside of that distance, we may charge a per-kilometre rate.

Stump Height
Our listing price includes the cost of our lowest possible stump height of 600mm. For higher set stumping, extra charges will apply.

Additional Elements
Adding extras to your house (like cyclone-proofing, steel beams, or high-set stumping) will incur extra charges. We can provide estimates on these as required.

Terrain
We move houses all over Queensland, Northern NSW and Redland Bay Islands, but moving in the Bay Islands area may incur extra charges for barge fees to move over water.

Draftsperson
Queensland House Removers have a draftsperson that can work with you to organise your council approval process, or you can organise your own if preferred. This cost is not included in the listed price.
